this is a yellow dune buggy Mini-Spy, which were sold as an in-package premium with larger Transformers in the '80s
There are versions of each Transformer with a Mini-Spy packed in (which are more rare), and versions without, as well as different Mini-Spies, and each Mini-Spy could be one of 3 colors packed randomly, which means that trying to find one particular Mini-Spy is tough
this one is in near-mint condition
