This is the sub-machine gun from the Sonic Fighters Dial-Tone from 1990. It was also released with 2 different versions of Alley Viper and one version of Blowtorch.

This item is in good condition. It has some minor fraying on the handgrip.
Item is in 4" aka 1/18th scale.
